On a scale of 1 to 10 our experience with Joy was a 20! Before deciding to list our home with Joy we interviewed other realtors that were also recommended to us. Joy made us feel comfortable the moment we met her. She also made us feel confident; confident that she had the skills to represent us and our home, and more importantly, that she was going to be in our corner. Joy really knows her stuff. Before we met to discuss the listing price, Joy did her research, so her comparisons were based on facts not emotion. We went with her advice on what price to list our home at, and we’re glad we did. A comment that came back to us time and time again was that our home was priced right; not to high, and not too low. Our advice is to take Joy’s advice. She knows what she’s talking about! Before listing our home Joy gave us renovation suggestions that would allow us to maximize its potential. She even referred us to renovation experts that did an incredible job for us, at a fair price. We believe Joy’s suggestions made all the difference when it comes to positioning our home with others in the area. Joy’s website was top notch and really showed off our property in its best light. The pictures Joy’s photographer took both inside and out was “a step above” what you often see, and showed off all of the most important aspects of our home without making it look like something it wasn’t. Joy is someone you want to have in your corner when it comes time to negotiate. That’s probably where we felt the most confident in her ability. I’ve been in sales for almost 30 years and I can honestly say, she’s good, real good. She was able to negotiate a deal that was fair and left both parties feeling good. Joy never let us down, not once. She always returned our calls promptly and was always there when we needed her. I have already referred Joy to friends and would not hesitate to do so in the future. After all, how can you go wrong with someone that has “sold with Joy” on their sign!
